Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange.
If an incorrect item was sent due to our error, we will cover all associated shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will promptly send you the correct product.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at on the contact section of this website
If you are exchanging an item for a different size, you will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs to send the new item to you.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Please note that we process orders quickly throughout the week (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item (unless the return is due to our error). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If your order is sent to an incorrect address or not collected via postage - shipping costs cannot be refunded and a re-stock fee applies
